		<description>Well, assuming those are all protected classes such that equal protection &#8212; the basis, as I understand it, for &lt;em&gt;Batson-Wheeler&lt;/em&gt; &#8212; applied.  I&#039;m pretty sure, though, that only the first constitutes a protected class.</description>
